Please review the terms and conditions that govern the use of BeradINC services, platform access, and communication technologies to ensure a secure and reliable experience.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any BeradINC website, communication platform, APIs, or related services (collectively, the "Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of any future amendments.

2. Service Eligibility

You represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age or older.
  • You will not use the Service for fraudulent activities or intensive auto-dialing misuse that degrades platform integrity.
  • Business accounts represent authorized company representatives.

3. Billing & Auto-Renewal

Subscription fees are billed on a monthly or annual basis depending on your selected plan. All subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled. 7-day cancellation notice required — you must provide written notice at least 7 days before renewal to avoid next charge. No refunds for partial months.

4. Fair Usage Policy

While we advertise unlimited calling, usage must comply with reasonable limits: < 3,000 minutes per seat per month. Excessive usage beyond typical business patterns may result in throttling, additional fees, or plan review. Fair usage protects network quality for all customers.

5. Prohibited Activities

Violation may result in immediate suspension without notice and potential legal action.

6. Service Uptime SLA — 99.99% Guarantee

BeradINC commits to 99.99% monthly uptime for core telephony and API services. In the event of a verified breach, you will receive prorated service credits as outlined in our SLA policy. Exclusions: scheduled maintenance (notified 48h in advance), third-party network failures, or force majeure.

7. Termination Rights

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access immediately for non-payment, violation of these Terms (including prohibited activities), or fraudulent behavior. You may cancel anytime with 7-day notice as per billing section.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Except for the express SLA commitment, the Service is provided "AS IS" and "as available". BeradINC disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. No guarantee of uninterrupted, error-free operation beyond SLA.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BeradINC's total aggregate liability arising from these Terms or use of Service shall not exceed the amount of one (1) month's subscription fees paid by you. No liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing Law: State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of laws. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved in Delaware courts.
